Business Meetings

Mere Brook House is the perfect venue for that meeting, seminar or business event as it allows all the delegates to focus on the business of the day in elegant surroundings. Our mahogany table in the dining room doubles up as a board room table and can comfortably seat 24 delegates around it. Floor boxes under either end of the table provide access to power and data and can provide you with a portable data projector and screen. The house can provide upto five break out areas.

We offer a two course lunch for our business and conference meeting delegates. Examples include home baked ham, chicken pilaff, cheese and onion brioche, BBQ brisket,  cumberland sausage casserole, chicken casserole all served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables or homemade coleslaw, waldorf salad and green salad. This is followed by one of our fourteen homemade sweets such as apple crumble, rhubarb brulee and raspberry pavlova with an option of local cheeses.
