situated in the centre of Thornton Hough village, a pub and restaurant.

known locally as the Thatch, a popular country pub with a restaurant at Raby only 1.7 miles from Mere Brook House.
     
Sheldrakes   Sheldrakes

in a superb location on the beach at Lower Heswall, with views across to North Wales, a pub and restaurant where you could easily feel as if you are abroad.www.sheldrakesrestaurant.co.uk.
     
Boat House   Boat House

situated at one end of the parade at Parkgate with excellent views across the marshes to North Wales, a pub and restaurant.

one of my favourite restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere situated at the centre of Parkgate's parade.
     
Red Lion   Red Lion

a few doors from the Marsh Cat, a traditional pub with good beer..
